Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

By using Plus Player, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Apple terms that apply to apps. If you do not agree, stop using the app. These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change; the text shown in the latest version is the current text.

Plus Player is an independent media player and an organiser for playlists supplied by the user. The app does not provide, sell, rent, host, retransmit or bundle channels, films, series, IPTV subscriptions, playlists or stream URLs, and it does not operate a streaming service or content-delivery infrastructure. There is no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Apple, a provider or a rights holder unless expressly stated.

You must add your own source, obtained lawfully from an authorised provider, and must own the content or hold every licence and permission required to view it in your country. You alone are responsible for sources, credentials, links and content you add, and for complying with copyright, trademarks, provider terms and local law. You must not use the app for unauthorised access, infringement, circumvention of technical protections, redistribution or any unlawful activity.

The app does not verify ownership of every item and cannot guarantee that a user-entered source is lawful. A displayed title, image, description or rating neither grants playback rights nor proves availability. External metadata and artwork are for identification and presentation only; the playlist supplied by the user remains the sole authority for playback. Names, logos, artwork and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Sources, metadata services and network providers are independent third parties. Links may change, services may stop, and availability may depend on location, subscription or network conditions. Plus Player does not guarantee a source's availability, compatibility, accuracy, continuity or quality. Buying the app does not include a subscription or rights to third-party content.

Sources, credentials and settings are stored locally using protections available from the operating system. iCloud sync is optional. When enabled, the app backup is stored in the private container of the signed-in iCloud account and is not shared with other iCloud accounts. You are responsible for protecting your account and devices and for removing data before transferring or selling a device. The privacy policy and App Store privacy disclosures apply to data handling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without an express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss of a source, setting or viewing progress, third-party service failure, or indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in this paragraph limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use may be restricted or terminated for misuse or a breach of these terms or the law, without giving the developer access to private user sources. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's use and for configuring parental controls.

Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the app licence unless a valid custom agreement is presented through the App Store. Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting user sources or third-party content. These terms are interpreted consistently with Apple's terms and without limiting mandatory rights in the user's jurisdiction. For questions or infringement reports, use the app support method listed on its App Store product page and do not send private stream URLs or credentials.
